How to add a speed dial on your Horizon Hosted Voice phone system

Having your key contacts on your phone saves time, and therefore saves money. With a Horizon Hosted Voice phone system, you can easily add key contacts to your phone as speed dials.

To add a speed dial contact to your Polycom handset : –

  1. Log into your Horizon Administrator account https://www.unlimitedhorizon.co.uk
  2. Users -> Edit -> phone -> devise customisation

    Horizon Hosted Voice phone system 01 Trio Telecom
     

  3. Select Line Keys
  4. Select line key No.9
  5. Select Speed dial

    Horizon Hosted Voice phone system 02 Trio Telecom
     

  6. Add contact and number
  7. Select save
  8. Phone will re-start
