Firmware Update: We have received a notification regarding a vulnerability identified in a particular chipset used in routers supplied by many major UK Telecoms providers . This includes routers made by Netgear, D-Link, Zyxel, and many more both in the UK and globally. This in particular may affect Zyxel AMG1302-T10B & T11C routers supplied by Trio Telecom to some of our customers.
Our supplier has been working to produce and implement a firmware update for all affected services, and this was deployed to all Zyxel AMG1302-T10B routers on Thursday 01/12/2016 @ 02:00, and the patch to AMG1302-T11C routers is being implemented 02/12/2016 in the AM, across the customer base to resolve the issue.
If any customer believes they were affected and are still experiencing an issue with connectivity, we recommend a “30/30/30” restart of the router to update the on-board Firmware.
